“I believe that therapy is most effective when it's tailored to meet each person’s unique needs, which is why I take an eclectic approach to therapy. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I combine tools and techniques to create a personalized treatment plan that works for you. As a therapist, my goal is to work collaboratively with you to help you navigate life’s challenges with more resilience, hope, self-love, and clarity.” |
