Monica Reyes, originally from Boston, MA, with roots tracing back to Guatemala is our Lead Bilingual Patient Navigator. Monica's devotion to her Hispanic heritage shines through her work, where she assists Spanish-speaking patients. Inspired by her grandparents' struggles navigating healthcare, Monica is driven to make a difference wherever she can. With a degree in Biology and pursuing her Public Health degree, Monica hopes to make an impact in the healthcare industry one day at a time. Beyond her professional endeavors, Monica finds joy in DIY projects, indulging in true crime documentaries, and all things makeup. She also cherishes quality time with her husband and their lovable Australian Shepherd.
