Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Rosa has been a volunteer in bilingual community outreach programs since she was a child. Rosa has been a customer advocate for 5 years, translating challenges into questions and answers with actionable insights. At work, Rosa's main motivator is making a difference in our patients' mental health one call at a time. After hours, she is a fashion lover, artist, and a skincare expert. She’s in love with chemical peels, Vogue, and parks where she sketches portraits. She brings exceptional creativity, endless enthusiasm, and pinpoint focus to every project she undertakes.
