Stephanie Alvarez
Psychotherapist, LMFT Stephanie is a bilingual Spanish-speaking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Phoenix in Pasadena, CA, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from California State University, Northridge.
Stephanie takes a person-centered approach, offering compassionate care and genuine curiosity while providing gentle challenges that support personal growth and healing. She works with adults across the lifespan, as well as couples and families, and has been trained in multiple evidence-based treatment modalities. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, codependency, trauma, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, relational conflicts, self-esteem, spiritual growth, parenting issues, communication, and stress management. “I’m excited to work with you in helping you cultivate your inner calm and emotional strength so you can live with greater peace, clarity, and fulfillment.” |
