Frank Lordeman
Chief Strategic Officer Frank Lordeman has dedicated his career to transforming healthcare organizations, while reaching the highest level of quality, and attaining maximum organizational performance. He has over 40 years of senior executive experience in nationally recognized major health systems and has led or participated in over $6.0 billion in healthcare organizational mergers, collaborations, or affiliations. Most notably he served as Chief Operating Officer of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Health System which, under his leadership was nationally recognized by US & News Report as a Top 5 Hospital nationally in 15 specialties. Frank was responsible for the operation, growth, and overall profitability of the institution from 1992 to 2005, when annual net patient revenue grew from $725 million to $3.5 billion. His entrepreneurial leadership at CCF focused on strategic growth through new ventures, mergers and acquisitions and affiliations with other healthcare organizations. Most recently, Frank has been acting as a consultant, providing high quality financial advisory services and executive strategic advice to non-profit healthcare organizations seeking strategic affiliations to strengthen their financial and market positions. Clients include Tenet Healthcare, The Community Health Collaborative, The Georgia Health Collaborative and The WellStar Health System. Frank also currently serves as Senior Partner and Managing Director, CEO Advisory Network, LLC. leading a team of highly accomplished healthcare leaders firmly grounded in senior level executive experience. Clients include MultiCare Health System, Providence St. Joseph Health, El Camino Health and the Centegra Health System. Frank holds a BS degree in accounting from San Jose State University.
