Salone Walker leads Clarity Squared Behavorial’s Operations with a specific impetus on innovation and growth. As evidenced through 20+ years of prior leadership roles in Medical and Behavioral Health, he has guided organizational change relative to a focus on client experience and outcomes. Mr. Walker holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Secondary Education from Cheyney University, a master’s degree in Business Administration from Phoenix University, is six sigma green belt certified, and working towards completion of a doctoral degree in Healthcare Administration. Mr. Walker’s most recent role with a Vice President of Health Plans/Operations with Centene subsidiary Centurion Healthcare partnering with the State of Delaware responsible for all aspects of Medical and Behavioral Health Operations relative to Correctional Healthcare. Prior to the experience at Centene, Mr. Walker worked 5 years at Sound Physicians as Regional Director Operations partnering with multiple Hospital clients throughout the Tristate area to drive performance and outcomes.  Mr. Walker is an avid advocate for compliance with medical and behavioral health services and understands that focus and future should be placed on what we can achieve versus the existence of rate limiting factors. Mr. Walker's interest includes Operations & Business Development, areas with demonstrated proficiency.
